About Meditation

Shaolin Yoga Meditation Centre found in year 1995, it makes to understand the ultimate & complete system in Yoga. In the beginning this centre was started for the sake of students learning the art of  Kung-fu, to enable their excellence in this martial arts. From the same year on-wards Shaolin Yoga Meditation Centre has created public awareness about the distinction and benefits of the art of yoga. 


The students are given unrelenting and ceaseless training. His training methods produce extraordinary skills and abilities. His mysterious form of yoga is focused on training the students to overcome the biggest hurdles in their life.  The in-depth courses helps the students understand the hidden divine knowledge. If you are interested in spiritual ride that is unknown, you are welcome in this journey which take you to a destination that goes further than the imagination. 


Shaolin Meditation also allows one to focus his inner energy into his actions. The Japanese call this Chi, and many Westerners have heard of it. The Chinese, however, call it Kiai. Kiai allows a Kung Fu student to do things their physical body alone cannot do. Developing control over your Kiai is a matter of intense mental strength and conditioning. While some people may scoff at the idea of Kiai, and it is true that it might be more of a mind over matter application than an actual force, but Chinese Kung Fu masters has demonstrated their control over their Kiai by doing physical feats that would otherwise be impossible.

 

There are a number of different things that people can do to alter their states of consiousness from practicing hypnosis to using psychoactive drugs to taking a nap. While some methods, like drug use, can be harmful others, including hypnosis, sleep in meditation, can have a positive impact on health. 


Meditation is also a consciousness - changing technique that has been shown to have a wide number of benefits on psychological well-being.

What exactly Meditation is?


Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness & focused attention.

  • Nearly every religion, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, has a tradition of using meditative practices
